KpopWithUs is an independent inventory and restock tracking tool for official K-pop merchandise. By periodically checking publicly available store pages, we help fans stay informed when merchandise becomes available.
What We Do
Periodic Stock & Restock Polling
Our service automatically polls public official store pages every 5 minutes to detect changes in item availability across BTS, SEVENTEEN, TXT, CORTIS, and more, logging restock and sell-out events.
Multi-SKU Inventory Observation
For items with multiple options (apparel sizes, member versions, photocards), we track each SKU's status so fans don't need to manually check every option.
Product-Level Restock Email Alerts
Fans can subscribe to any item with one click. When any SKU of the product becomes available, we send an email notification to registered users.
Restock History & In-Stock Durations
We transparently present verified restock timestamps and duration data, providing objective historical context without guesswork.

Data Mechanisms & Realistic Limitations
- Polling Interval: Data is collected periodically. Due to polling cycles and caching, ultra-fast restocks may sell out between checks.
- No Purchase Guarantee: Email delivery is subject to network latency and mailbox spam filters. We do not guarantee delivery or successful purchase.
- No Commerce or Proxy: We do not process payments, sell goods, or provide proxy purchasing. All purchases occur directly on the official store.
